How to request removal

Email [email protected] including all of the following:

• The full URL of each page you want removed.
• Identification of the work concerned, and where an authorised copy can be seen if one exists.
• Your name, address and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Valid notices are actioned promptly. The material is removed and blocked so the same file is not re-indexed from another source. We keep a record of each request.

Urgent reports

If content appears to involve a minor, or is an intimate image shared without the subject's consent, say so in the subject line. Reports of that kind are treated as urgent: the material is removed immediately while we investigate, and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, email the same address with the URL, your contact details and an explanation, and we will review it.

Repeat infringers

Sources that repeatedly supply infringing material are excluded from indexing entirely.
